Smile Jemma is SIX!
Today is our made-up birthday for Jemma... We know she was born in December sometime, so we picked the 21st.

But she wasn't looking 6 this afternoon!

Happy Birthday, Baby Girl!

Us wet-coasters don't get those very often . The sun has been lucky to get a quick peek in between storms these days.

Oh lately, here too. This week has been so sunny that I haven't gotten half of what I wanted to get done done. It's like spring (including all the melting).

Saturday, they're saying 9 degrees and raining... DEFINITELY not a white Christmas this year.

Happy Birthday to Jemma from fellow black doggie Hunter (and Cassie too). Hunter will be six in March but like you said about Jemma nothing has changed except the grayness. Is Boo soon six as well?

lol She does have some white on her chinny chin chin...

Boo will be six in Mayish... Yey rescue doggies with their ageless immortality.

Thanks for all the well wishes though. I totally forgot that it was her birthday until late last night, but she had spent the best day ever anyway, so it all worked out. First we went to the river and wandered for a good hour/hour and a half and then we went to the dog food store (but she stayed in the car because it was Boo's turn ) and then we drove around (her faaav). Last night, she got an airdog from my secret stash (luckily I have a stash for emergencies!).

All in all, a great day for my little one.
