Is that a christmas-bell Choclate has on his collar,I have the same on Vinnie(only outside)so I can hear in case he decides to try to jump the fence Those other little thingys you get with the collar are useless...

lmao.. well, the bell originally had been to prevent that... but he's no longer off-leash in parks & the bell ringer actually fell off..

and my nails aren't strong nuff to remove that sucker... so it stays, for now
