Kitty and bunny wuv each other

We were sitting on the loveseat cuddling with the bunny when duddy came over and started head butting it. That's what he does when he's trying to be friendly, the rabbit didn't mind.
Well, just seconds later duddy layed on the bunnies head .
We were going to move him but apparently the rabbit liked it and didn't even move!

A few minutes later the bunny moved, but not far.

Those pics are absolutely precious! Who would have thought that they'd hit it off so well! I'm so glad you shared

Do you think the bunny might have had a cat of its own before?

I suppose she could have, but I think the main thing is that her and duddy both like to cuddle with other furry creatures, so apparently they're made for each other.

Duddits loves ALL animals as long as they're friendly. The only animal he doesn't get along with is my other male cat, but that's because jack is territorial. Sometimes duddy will bat or hiss at animal when he first meets it, but that doesn't last long, as demonstrated from the pics, lol.

She's not a foster, we adopted her at the pound.

Our pound has really really bad conditions, the animals there get absolutely no medical care, as they don't have the funding (even says in the papers animals aren't so much as looked at by vet).
So we've been going there every once in awhile to see if there's any animals that we can either give to a good home or keep ourselves. This particular bunny we took in to keep for ourselves.
We actually went in to rescue a small dog we saw, but she wasn't up for adoption yet so we're waiting until thursday to see if she's still there. We were looking at small short haired dogs because it's getting very cold and we figure they're most in need of rescuing.
We can't adopt any big dogs right now since we're in a rental and already have two 55 lb dogs. I wish I could take all the animals , at least I can save a couple.

Sorry, slight threadjack of my own thread, and kind of sad for that matter.
Well at least this particular bunny now has a very good home. She's been lounging on the loveseat and right now she's in a large pen in the middle of the living room .

Woops, sorry misunderstood your last rescue thread. So sad  to hear about the conditions at your local pound. It is so tough not to wrap up all the animals and take them home. Thumbs up to you for your rescue efforts .

No, they're definately cuddling, lol. They layed on top of each other several times and went to sleep together for a few minutes.
