How can you tell if your dog is deaf for sure?

I just adopted a dog 2 weeks ago and she was fine responding to come and sit , but recently she wont respond and doesnt flinch to noises. I had her groomed at a groomer and i'm wondring if they used some kind of harmful ear cleaner? Please help me.

if i wanted to know for sure i would be off to the vet to get it checked out, the groomer would be more responsive to a vets questions since they would know exactly what questions to ask

go see your vet
