For fish people, a few helpful links:
Hi All,
I see renewed interested in the fish section here, so just wanted to be helpful and post some nice helpful links to some info, espescially if beginners would like to come in and explore options for fish. Site with links to specific fish species info - this site, if you click "Profiles" Has many many different species of fish listed and all kinds of good info on each, so you can learn to stock your tank well and appropriately. http://www.fishprofiles.com Heres one on Cycling the tank for Beginners and about the Nitrogen Cycle: http://fins.actwin.com/mirror/begin-cycling.html A good site on live plant information, for those who would like a planted tank: http://www.tropica.com Here is a link to an Article I wrote myself on Algae Eaters, to help beginners choose the right one for the job and tank: http://www.petfish.net/forum/index.p...c,51911.0.html A Great Site On Fish Diseases and Treatments, though it is UK site so a few meds mentioned may not be available in North America. great pics and stuff for identifying diseases. http://www.fishdoc.co.uk/disease/diseasehome.html Anyway, Just a few I could think of that may be helpful for some! Enjoy! (p.s. my article is pretty good check it out) -Sneaky
