Help!!!

can anyone out there tell me what OTC medication can be used for cats? I know tylenol is a no no... but what can they be given?
I have a cat that has a nasty sprain or a mild fracture, and need to ease the pain until I can get him to a vet on monday.... suggestions?

Is there not an emergency Vet clinic in your area or in some of the larger centres there are Vets who do house calls. To keep the swelling down, wrap a bag of frozen peas around your kitties leg. After ten to twenty minutes use a hot water bottle.

Monday is a long, long time for an animal in agony to wait and if you are in Canada Monday is a stat holiday, your Vet's office won't be open anyway. Please look into finding an emergency clinic ~ pain can turn into shock and shock can kill.

Did you take your cat to an emergency vet clinic? Do you have an update?
