Cool city dog "goes to the cows"

Dakotah's always been fascinated by cows and sheep, being the city boy that he is, he's only seen them from afar while sticking his head out of the car window... but this weekend was the Jackpot! he was on in the field... make friends with the girls who all got up from their mid-afternoon siesta to come kiss this strange new face. I had to hold him tight though cuz he wanted to creep under the fence and go play with them, don't think the farmer would have liked that! it was awesome to see the kisses... he was sooo calm and curious, like in a trance. I am so proud of my boy!

PS: wish the photos were bigger... my friend emailed them to me, so when i get the CD i might get them bigger. she took 11 photos, these are the nicest she said.

I just seen this thread. That is amazing.

When I had my last two huskies there was a deer that came right up to the fence next to them. No kisses though. I was really proud of them for not making a sound.

My two boys now would be a completely different story.
