Is my cat's tail broken.

I hope someone can help me.
My cat is having some problem.
His tail is just hanging there between his legs.
And having problems walking and sqatting down to eat.
And he being very scare, not himself.
He is eating and drinking,but must be in pain.

Any comments.

Have you thought that maybe bringing the cat to the vet IMMEDIATELY might improve the situation?????
That's the first thing I would have done and the most logical.
Go for it and sooooon!!
