flea/mosquito drops

we put hartz flea and tick drops plus mosquito replelant on my dog she is around 35lbs and we bought the one for dogs between 31-45lbs....after we put it on her she became very tired, she ate and stuff but just wasnt herself...same thing happened last year when the vet put the frontline on her except she refused to eat and had diarrhea...we brought her to the vet but he didnt think it was linked to the frontline....could she be allergic to the drops??she has no rash or loss of fur

Hartz is a poor product I wouldn't put on anything ever.. Often it doesn't help with fleas, and it's a formula from other companies expired patents.. Those companies now use better and often safer ingredients..

Better off buying heart worm and flea treatment from the vet. It's a much surer bet with less concequences.

I wouldn't be surprised the lethargy is from the hartz.

Yup, a lot of stores won't carry the Hartz flea junk anymore because it's too unsafe. I suggest you ask a vet before giving flea things. It could save your pet's life.
