Make an immediate appointment to have her spayed.
Keep them in separate rooms until she goes to the vet.
Simple...

But the thing is that I want them to breed and one litter then they will be spayed after that.
My other boy is already done but its quite funny because he still trys to mount her.

First off - there are over 3,000 siamese cats on Petfinder looking for homes.

Breeding a 7 month old kitten to a 5 month old kitten is like a 10 year old boy getting his 12 year old girlfriend pregnant. While both may be capable of completing the act - they certainly aren't ready physically or mentally.

If someone told you that you need to let the female have a litter before being spayed - they lied. Animals have no mental need to reproduce - it is all about survival of a species and from the numbers I have seen of animals that live in shelters and rescues and those that die in shelter - the species is in no danger of becoming extinct.
