Kitty fur loss

Hi, I am new here and I have a question. I have a kitty he is almost a year old, I recently got him declawed and nutered and sense then he has been losing fur. I have read on a few other sites that it may be due to stress or allergies. He is an indoor cat and I think it might be stress but my question is is there a good way for me to get his fur to grow back or is this something I out just have to wait out and see how it turms out?

Could be any number of reasons that only a vet could diagnose, I'd make an appointment immediately. Good luck
