your dog needs a vet immeadiatly. it could be a million things from epilepsy, pinched nerve to a brain tumor (not trying to scare you) so go to a vet immeadiatly and get a full diagnosis this is the only way to find out, but dont delay as that will increase the dogs discomfort ect.. and this could be an urgent medical problem, so hop to it......
