safety center from windows
Hey yall , i strongly recommend you do this to your puters. Follow the link, Im no techie but it may not work on some systems, I have windows xp and I did this , i though i was well protected from my anti virus but apparently not!!!
 http://safety.live.com/site/en-US/default.htm chose the full service scan, I had 77 viruses and TONS of other things, it tests your ports and everything, it was sent to me from my Techie friend! Check it out!

Its amazing how much better my computer is running from it. And it created a nice clean system restore point too.
 The free things I didnt know about!!!
