english bull dog

my english bull dog is acting funny he seems very uncomfortable at times is swings around in circles on his butt, about a hour ago he couldn't stay still ,patting hard and keeping jumping his butt don't know if worms or consdapated ??? or something else???????????????

Get him to the vet, it could be his anal glands need to be expressed it=f left could result in infection, could be worm and even fleas

It could also be bloat.Go to vet asap.
