I have recently become a single mother of five children (three human one doggie and a kitty) I don't have alot of money but I have read so much about these expensive dog foods being better for my dog and even my cat (cat food that is
). I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions on the least expensive "good" dog/cat food out there. I want to make sure that my animals get the best care, but at the same time I can't go broke doing it. Please help me.

If you want something that is fairly good and you will be able to afford it, go pick up the Costco brand.

Yeah, if you're on a budget, I think the Kirkland brand at Costco (which is made by Diamond Dog Food) is the best value. It's better than Iams, Euk and Purina, but it won't break the bank.
