Dog is Shaking

We have had our hound dog mix for about 6 months now, she is very hyper and playful. About once a week since she got spayed, she has gone through spells where she is shaking and then she will lay down to go to sleep on the couch or wherever and she pees in her sleep. NOt sure what it could be, she doesn't even realize she has done it, she just lays there in it till she wakes up or I move her. Has anyone had the same problem? The first couple times I told the vet, they said they have no idea. let me know if you can help. Thanks.

It sounds like a seizure, but I am not a vet and only a vet can diagnose. If your vet has "no idea" as to what it could be and is unwilling to look harder for a diagnosis - you may want to look for a new vet.
