Question Stiff fur on cats back

My cat has a spot on her lower back with stiff fur. I don't see no sores or scratches. Her temperment hasn't changed nor her appetite. It doesn't seem to bother her. Does anyone know what this is or what might have caused this?

My one cat gets that on her back it normally a fur mat, she is hard to brush as she is nasty so it takes alot to do it and mind your hands when you do.
