My cat has a rash

My cat has a weird discoloration under her chin, like a skin rash or tiny black scabs. She has had it for several weeks and it does not seem to be clearing up. What could it be? It does not seem to be irritating her, but it almost looks like her chin is bruised from a distance, up close there is tiny black dots. She is banned from the vet's office because she is too wild, so I would appreciate any information

Feline Acne maybe? Does she scratch at it often causing the scabs?

It's shame you can't take her in to have it looked at. My sister's cat is the same way. Maybe they can give her a sedative to examine her, or maybe make a house call?

Try this site for more info on feline acne and to see if this describes what she has:

You really should try to get her in to see a vet, they can do swab tests to determine if she has an infection or if it's an allergy to something.
