Unusual Behavior

Good Day,

My dog, now almost 2 years old has been behaving strangely. Usually quite active, he is sleeping a lot and appears to have stomach trouble (I can hear his stomach grumbling frequently). He has been housebroken for well over a year now, but has started "doing his business" indoors. Also, he has been wretching up a yellow foam.He has times when he plays with other "family"dogs and his stool is normal (not soft or liquid). He is eating and drinking water. While to some he may appear normal, I know that something is wrong. Do you have any advice or opinions to offer?

dog vomits yellow substance

Hi deannat,

Here is some info that I found when my dog was vomiting.

I think that that is the major concern if it is happening more than twice.

Hillary

-----------------------------------------

It is time to seek veterinary help for vomiting if your dog vomits more than a few times, if the vomitus is ejected extremely forcefully, if there is blood in the vomitus or obvious abdominal pain, or if your dog seems particularly depressed or weak, has a fever, or retches unproductively, do not attempt to treat the condition at home.
