Should I go to the Vet? Help!!

My puppy is 7 months old and she has been vomiting for the last two weeks ( twice a week). I thought that she was vomiting becasue she was eating a pair of my sneakers, so I put the sneakers away and this past week she has not thrown up. I figured since she was not eating the sneakers she would stop but today she has thrown up twice and I watched everything she was playing with and the only thing she has eaten is her food that I always give her. So now I don't know if I should take her to the Vet. I am no sure if it is something serious or just an upset stomach.

If i were you i would take her to the vet just in case because you never know.

Yup. you should see a vet, especially since it has been going on for a bit...it may be a piece of the shoe that she can't digest or pass....but just because she hasn't gotten "into" something doesn't mean anything. She could have something entirely different wrong with her, a vet visit is imperative.
