Exclamation Food Recall - read what your vet does!

Hi,
I don't know if this was posted already, but I thought this was interesting and possibly helpful to other pet-parents. This could be what your vet knows, and shares some details I didn't hear/know yet. The link below is from the AVMA: briefly described on their site as:

"The AVMA, founded in 1863, is one of the oldest and largest veterinary medical organizations in the world. More than 75,000 member veterinarians are engaged in a wide variety of professional activities. AVMA members are dedicated to advancing the science and art of veterinary medicine, including its relationship to public health and agriculture."

On the AVMA site are several articles including this one that I scanned regarding the recall, with suggestions for vets: (though I'm in Canada, haven't had time/been able to seek the Canadian version of this organization or info from them yet.):

http://www.avma.org/aa/menufoodsreca...info_acvim.asp

This one is more basic and a few days older, but written to us the pet-parents: http://www.avma.org/press/releases/0...foodrecall.asp

Hope this post is ok and that it is of interest, I'm kinda new... Fingers crossed and positive vibes sent to all pet-parents, especially those with ill or lost fuzzy-loves....

Yay!

I'm just glad someone else saw it... and maybe others will now too. A few tips and tidbits of info inside to be sure.
Tried a few Canadian sites and most referred to or copied the AVMA article anyway.
