I would like to know under which act in Ontario does the sales of a pet dog fall under, could anyone help me. I can't find anything. thank-u lp

Hi there. I did a little poking around and found this hideously llllllooooonnnnnnggggg blurb about breeding animals for the purpose of selling. Is this the type of thing you were interested in? Specifically, look at section 15.1.

Thank-you sooo much for responding so fast
I just finished reading the act & it doesn't help my current situation, I need more of a Sales of Goods Act, but for my dog - i don't know if it applies to pets - but i don't think so. But again your amazing thank-u. LP
