We have one, a dutch bunny named Flower.

He is a few years old now. He lives both in the house and spends time outside, weather permitting. He doesn't like to be held but is very curious about things and I have to really watch him while he is loose as he is fearless.
Here he is with our cat, Annie;

I had a litter box trained bunny who was the love of my life for more than 15 years!! He was a geriatric bun and lived a good long life but I still miss him and cannot pass bunny stuff at pet stores or other places without tearing up, sigh!

Here are two pix of him, the smaller one is of horrid quality, taken with a Polaroid Digital that is 100 iso and not good lighting. But he was so social and I wanted to show that. I also cropped it for privacy reasons and made it worse, sigh!

I love bunnies too!

We've got bunnies! These are our first. We adopted them about four months ago for my five year old daugthers birthday, although they were really for everyone to enjoy! Their names are Maddie and Bogart.

Here's Maddie. She's so soft, she feels like marshmellows! lol

And Bogart. He's a little more shy than our outgoing Maddie, but he's come a long way since his first days with us!

My daughter Raven sitting in front of the condo...

Maddie was pretty comfy in the condo from day one.

I Have many rabbits,
I think we have 14 or so ( meat rabbits that I purchased because I couldn't bear them going to be stew once I saw them) they were all preggers so they had babies, now we have them seperated by sex to prevent this from happening again.
I also have a lop eared mixed in the bunch and a lion head.

I have a wonderful bunny that we adopted from the Humane Society. She's very sweet and although she doesn't like to be picked up she loves to be petted and she gets run of the family room when we're around. She lives in a 4'x4' puppy playpen and is completely litter trained. She's a wonderful pet and we've just started letting her out to play with our 2-1/2 year old black lab...I'll get photos of that soon.

I have a wonderful bun I adopted from our local rabbit rescue org. This is Pepin. She's a Silver Martin/Dutch cross - 5 years old. She's blind in one eye due to an old injury she got fighting with another bun at her first home. They loved her but she just wouldn't bond with their other bun so they gave her to the rescue org. It doesn't affect her at all except the cats have figured out that this is the best side to walk past her so she doesn't ambush them!

She's a Holy Terror! Totally in charge of the living room when she's out of her cage. Her favourite thing to do is chase your feet and snort at them. But she's full of love too. Like most buns she doesn't much like to be picked up but she'll come sit by your feet and grunt happily while you scritch her ears and cheeks. The assortment of noises she makes is astounding! Whoever said buns are quite!

rabbits

Hi, I have only joined this site less than a week ago, i have a rabbit called thumper he was an anniversary present from my husband as he knew i was brought up with pets(rabbits being one of them) and longed for a one of my own. He bought me thumper 4 years ago and i adore him, but we noticed a few years back that he wasn't eating anything so we took him to the vets. We were shocked at what they said about our little thumps, he had an off set jaw which meant that he wasn't grinding his teeth down as normal and he had ate the site of his cheek, i have never felt so bad, he was operated on and within a few days was back to being his normal spolit greedy self. He now has to have his teeth operated on every 5-6 months but it's worth every penny spent to see his little chops munching. xx

We used to have rabbits I loved them! Genevia & Holly were Netherland Dwarf x Angora x Lionhead (mutts, really). Beautiful girls, and so friendly! They lived in a large dogloo crate on the balcony (which was screened in, so they wouldn't fall/jump), and had plenty of free time in the house every day. They played with the cats and our dog at the time. Holly became ill very suddenly, she passed away in my hands (she had seizures and died within a few mins, didn't make it to the vets in time :sad. Genevia was checked out and was very healthy. She was extremely lonely though, so I contacted the local 4H society, and there happened to be a girl who was looking to adopt a bunny, but didn't have a lot of money to spend. Genevia went to her new home that weekend, with all of her stuff, toys, dishes, etc. She's a big girl now, and super loved!

Now that I have chinchillas, I can't have any more rabbits
