That is one big dog.

LOL....as much as I am in support of living green, some people have good reasons to own SUVs...I would say that dog is one of them!

I'm impressed you had your camera in the car with you . . . . . I always drive around with a camera and long lense attached, not for urban spotting particularly but because I live in the country and I seem to have critters and scenics leaping out at me all the time.

Nice catch!!

The reason I had my camera was I headed out of town for work and knew my vehicle was going to hit the 100,000km mark while away. To remember it I planned on snapping a picture.

My vehicle is a 2006 Nissan X-trail. I've barely had it for 2 years. Hate the thought of it having that many km on it but as a sales rep that's what happens.

And I agree that SUV's are definitely needed in some cases like THIS. The dog must have to hunch down in the back seat when the is a driver and passenger in the car.

great picture.. i agree these people definately need a car bigger than that for their dog, some people just dont know the basics of car buying..dogs need to be able to fit comfortably and spaciously

Riding in style! A brand new use for sunroofs!

Brings back memories of my college days. There was a little red sportscar with a black top...don't know the make, cuz I'm not good at cars, but it was one of those teeny downsized, lowslung dealywhoppers...that went by the student union every workday. Inside was a St Bernard, butt on the back seat, front paws on the passenger seat, chin on the dash. (No one ever noticed the driver, although we all assumed there was one...) How they got the dog in there was the subject of much speculation and many a lunch-time conversation!

No I was in a parking lot when I took the dog picture.

The one of my odometer was taken later in the day on the highway.

Are you sure that's a dog and not one of Fancy's horses? He's huge!
