Free at last, free at last . . . . .

The cold grip confining Abby and Keeper to their house for most of a month has eased up under a Chinook Arch . . . . Abby bounds through the deep snow of her home in celebration

Below, Keeper and Abby cruise the Allen Bill Pond area of Kananaskis Country earlier today

Below, no swimming for Keeper today as the Elbow River west of Calgary remains mysteriously open after a month of sub-zero weather . . . . actually, it's always open at this spot, almost regardless of how cold it gets.

Keeper and Abby choose their own ways to cross a small stream in the forbidding forest yesterday. . . . .

With any Chinook comes another peril . . . . . high winds.

OMG Rick, once again simply beautiful pictures and the dogs look like they are loving it!!!

Keeper seems to have her fur back too and seems to be keeping up to Abby quite nicely

Hope the nice temperatures continue for you and your girls

Good to see the girls out and about again, Rick. Beautiful shots as usual!

That's quite a wind!
