recipe for cat-food

Reading about canned food, what's in it etc...I wonder if anyone has a recipe for food I can make or a web-site.My cats do not eat sliced or chopped up food, only mushy stuff..it would have to be put through a blender.

You CAN get natural canned cat food - no dyes, chemicals etc...but if you want to feed raw, this is a diet my friend has been feeding her cat for years.

Thank's Lucky! Wow,that looks like a lot of work
Could you give me a name of canned cat-food that's ok...
I have tried can food from the vet,Iams and Nutro, they just sniffed and walked away, the way only cats can
They LOVE Fancy Feast....but that's supposed to be junk,,,I guess I'll keep trying others.
By the way,I also read the fish-variety of any cans is not godd for them....I guess I just should not read too much, maybe I should get a job

Have you tried the Eukanuba? My gosh my cats are like little drug addicts in the morning waiting for their food. Only food they do it with.

Anita, if your kitties love Fancy Feast and do well on it, let them have it.

As I said, that is preferable to dry food for neutered males.

This should help!

Michelle is really educated in this sort of thing; she's contributed to at least one natural cat magazine.
I've talked with her & she also has Rottweilers. So of course I have a high opinion of her.

I thought Eukanuba was "junk" food as well!

Thank's Carina,for the website..interesting read.
I think however, since my cats do not even go near anything raw or people-food,it probably would not work.
I'll continue with what they are eating, since they like it,but check my Pet-food store(Ren's Feed and pet store)and see what else is available,I know they have all kinds of different varieties..
