Check this site out for price comparison

I order all my bulk herbs from Mary at Well Naturally. Their Bay Leaves are excellent, quite large and much cheaper than the price at the local grocery stores. Other herbs I've ordered from her were also good, so I'm going to assume their Slippery Elm will be just as good.
Thank you, I'll check it out!

Fantasic, Gerri thank you! Now I'm "armed" with additional knowledge, I should be able to find some (or go to that site and order - I made a shortcut to it, so I won't lose it).

Love google, yes; adore pets.ca

I could not find it today, but I will go to a Health-Food store a little further away here in Oakville tomorrow.
Yes,this Forum is the best, with support if you need it and a lot of valuable info.
If I just had the vet to advice me,my cats would all be on Hills right nowI would never have doubted what the vet recommends.

That's pretty much what I did - used a closet, rolled up the bag, and everything was fine.

that Rocky will be back to normal in no time

I had to laugh last night, thinkning of the last few posts on this thread when I picked out a perfect little poop from the litterbox Spoutnik's diarrhea is all gone

Chico, I picked up a 12-pack of (no, not beer) Fancy Feast when we went shopping last night. Spoutnik tore into it, and of course regurgitated most of it like Rocky, he ate too fast Tomorrow I'm monitoring him!

Misti was a little sceptical ... new food but she tried it. Only had a quarter of her 3/4 of the little can though, so she wasn't immediately convinced

But they both love the Whiskas treats when we open the bucket of dog cookies, Misti used to look sad , she wasn't getting a treat. Now she jumps up on one spot on the kitchen counter, knowing her treats are in the little bag on top of the cookies and she's getting one too! Took all of ONE time forher to figure that one out! She's so smart (no, I'm not biassed

SARAH,so far Rocky has not vomitted again(knock on wood)I sit with him and put little bits in his dish, just to make sure he breaths in between..
After Rocky finished eating,I have to sit and watch Chico,or he won't eat,a habit he developed lately,or I should say,I let him develop this habit
Chico gets kind of jealous
Good for little Sputnik!! Firm poop is the best thing!!!

Cats they give us more worries then human kids!!

I'm going to give Spoutnik a mouthful at a time on his plate tomorrow morning, serves him right for being a glutton but it could be from the days of not eating and then this yummy smell comes into his little nose ... too much!

He's adopted the corner of my desk as his day-bed though, I may never find out what is in that pile of papers just took a pic, I'll have to have Lew resize it one day not holdiong my breath.

Guess Rocky's realized the FOOD is back to stay? mommy!

I'm off to a good morning shower and then breakfast out. Better than a dinner out, because it leaves me the rest of the day to work it off

Poop is poop,a natural thing,right??
Hubby was downstairs getting our Christmas-stuff out and said OMG,that stinks
He will do anything I ask of him,but not picking poop out of the litter,or Baileys poop outside
I am kind of immune, does not bother me at all

and how an aquarium can STINK even when it gets cleaned up every week!

Still, Lew did call to me that there was a firm poop in the litterbox, and could I come get it then he was surprised it wasn't covered up, but I said that Spoutnik being so little still, he won't worry about covering it up yet.

End of story: I picked up and disposed of the poop (firm as it was)

He coulda had parasites which the flagyl killed but developed irritated bowels as a result of the parasites and the flagyl and will take time as with us to adjust to normalcy.
