What breed is this beautiful dog?
Hi all!
Could someone tell me what breed (or mix of breeds) is the dog in the picture?

Defibitely some retiever and yep, maybe a springer spaniel or even terrier mix. Cute dog.

Looks like golden retriever mixed with american eskimo or spitz ??

my guess
Nova Scotia Duck Toller cross, some can be rather blonde and the size is right for a younger pup.

happycats - I am with you. The gorgeous pup's face looks just like Elmo the Eskimo's face - but surrounded by yellow retriever fur - and of course different ears. But the face - as soon as I saw it. Elmo is a good looking guy!

I would agree with the Toller assessment, if I could get a side view of the head. Face on, i don't think there is a lot of Toller in her/him.
I'm thinking it would be more likely to be a spaniel/retreiver cross. (I want to breed Tollers in a few years, so I pay ALOT of attention to details. lol)

I'd go with the Duck Troller on physical looks alone but on colour it seems a little too blond.

Thanks for the great answers! I was guessing he/she has some spaniel mixed in, because he has the same smile and ears as my cocker mix puppy.
