Thumbs down talk about recycling garbage!

OMG it hurts to read this ingredient list... i can't believe this product is allowed to be sold to unsuspecting consumers I say unsuspecting, because i cannot believe anyone who actually read the ingredients would feed this to their (carnivorous) dog, would they?

company's promo tagline:

Cycle Lite Isn't Light On Nutrition.
The key to successful weight loss is the maintenance of proper nutrition. Because while your dog's profile slims down, his muscle tone and energy has to stay up. To accomplish this, leading nutritionists have developed the Custom Fitness™ formula of Cycle Lite.

(insert gagging sound from the smell of BS.... some of the stuff isn't even fit for a garbage can, OMG!)

Dry Formula
Ingredients: Corn, soybean hulls, chicken by-product meal, feeding oat meal, brewers rice, animal digest, animal fat (BHA used as a preservative), bone phosphate, condensed grain fermentation solubles, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, vegetable oil, choline chloride, minerals (ferrous sulfate, zinc oxide, manganous oxide, copper sulfate, calcium iodate, sodium selenite), L-threonine, vitamins (vitamin E supplement, niacin, D-calcium pantothenate, riboflavin supplement, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamin mononitrate, vitamin A supplement, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12 supplement, vitamin D3 supplement), DL-meythionine, BHA (preservative), tocopherols (preservative), citric acid (preservative).

SIGH. The more i look at this stuff the more helpless i feel...

WOW....I totally agree That is pure garbage. Perhaps, that`s why the dog loses weight...because there`s absolutely no nutrition in there. : eek:

Sounds like the grain contents minus the fiber (fiber is insoluble).

wow... that's not even on any "ingredients to avoid" list that i have seen so far... what will they come up with next?

-banana peels (for fiber)?
-corn husk powder? oh wait... i'm sure they put that under "corn"!
-cat litter??
