Oh no, signs of winter!

I just let Sasha out and saw my neighborhood Jack Rabbit, his ears, tail and feet were WHITE , I guess that this is inevitable the season will come but today the temp is going to be 30 degrees.

Ah yes it is coming here too! Flocks of geese flying south, leaves falling - but we aren't getting 30 degrees today for sure!

Here too Jan. Then again, we're not far from you.
Patti, you better change your custom title. Or leave it up so that you can live in denial for a bit longer? You've got 30 degrees?? Is that Celcius or Farenheit. Here it's not going to be more than 16C this week.

Migration has been in full swing here for some weeks. The robins and geese are on the move, the hummingbirds are all but gone, only the late-moving warblers will still be moving through, and most of the rest of our summer visitors have already left. Very quiet out there.

I stayed at my cottage near Owen Sound last week and could not believe how much the leaves changed in one week, and yep geese were flying south.
