Cat may have growth problems?

My youngest cat, Amber, is about a year or so old now, but she's still about the same size as she was when we got her, when she was a few weeks old. I've always wondered if she has some kind of growth problem. Should I see a vet about her size?

A pet should get a yearly checkup so it would be good idea to have the vet check your cat out to see if it has any health issues.
