I finally figured it out.......how to do the picture postings.....now I just have to learn how to take decent photos! This is the former "Cayla" 2 year old Leonberger. She was rescued from U.S. just over a month ago. Her new name is "Boo" or "Boo Boo". Why did I give her this name? Because she was so scared of every noise and movement around her..........She is the sweetest little girl.

Prin....I finally realized you had a Boo Too when I saw the at me in one of your posts............sometimes I'm a little slow on the uptake! What is your Boo?

We had a couple of Leonbergers at our old dog park and I was told they can change colors 5 times in their lifetime.. I don't know if it's true but one of the ones at the park certainly changed.

Your Boo is cute too I haven't researched the changing of colouring yet, if I keep taking regular pictures I assume I'll see it take place.

Prin I know of acouple mastiffs that also have changed colour over the years, mine being one and her brother, Libby is getting darker hairs through her blonde, she was a really light blonde when I got her May 05', in the fall/ winter she looks very smutty. And Vel, Boo is beautiful, you must be soooo proud of how far she has come already. Enjoy her and post more pics soon.

Vel, Boo is absolutely gorgeous but Teeno's facing the wrong way. I posted in your other thread about an update photo of Teeno.

Buddy used to play with a leonberger great dogs and really sweet temperment. She is beautiful and thanks for rescuing. I used to have a Boo he was my last dog a Neapolitan Mastiff he was my boobear.
