My cat urinating on my 14 months old son?????

hi! i want to know if it's normal for my 3 year old male cat to urinated on my 14 months old son stuff.........he never did that before....sometime my son he rough with him but always like to pet him....the cat don;t seem to mind....when he doesn't like it he leaves.....it's it he's hormone acting up...since it's mating time???????
