SPCA Monteregie Events....

Here are the upcoming events for the SPCA Monteregie, the largest no kill SPCA in the Province of Quebec. If any freetime this weekend, it would be great to pass by with your furbabies and support the SPCA Monteregie. www.spcamonteregie.com


September 10 & 11, 2005
Dog Massages at Bark & Fitz

For a $15 donation, your dog will receive a wonderful 15 minute massage from Diane Carruthers of "Massage 4 Animals". All proceeds go to the SPCA Montérégie No Kill Shelter. Join us at the Festival and meet volunteers from the shelter who have all sorts of information.

Tour of the clinic by Dr. Patrice Duchesne and Dr. Dominique Rouillon. Volunteers from the SPCA Montérégie will be onsite. Donations and food for the shelter are welcome.

Activities, guests include: Agent Chantal Noël of the SQ; Dr. Annie Ross, Veterinarian; Daniel Morin, Zoo animator; Caroline Manset of Canada Rescue; Hélène Fleurant, Dog training expert. Lunch: Hot Dogs - All profits go to the SPCA Montérégie. Volunteers from the SPCA Montérégie will be on site handing out information about the shelter and animal care.
NOTE: Open only to members of the APCSH. Non-members may join the APCSH at this event. The activities will take place inside the Dog Park, which is reserved for APCSH members only on this day. RAIN OR SHINE! Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash under the tent.
