male approx 5 mth GSD found wandering Saturday evening. Was picked up from Traveaux Publique yesterday and is now at GL Canine 450/434-9702 4955 Monte Gagnon, Terronbonne.

Unfortunately our animal control is not the friendliest guy around ... he won't answer questions regarding his business. Once in his hands IMO all hope's out the window

Doesn't he try to find them homes, when there owners don't claim them?

The above is at the city grounds where workers pick them up during the day. I've asked them to take photo's and email me right away as they also have to call GL but we race against time when it's a purebred as no matter where he is he'll go right away. All others he'll pick up only at the end of the day and bring them to his garage where legally he's not allowed to gas them b4 3 days but ... you know the rest.

When were lucky I tell the owners time and day he picked them up and where to go to retrieve their lost pup's otherwise no one's keeping track

o their open during business hours but it's Fort Knox for his wife to open that garage One woman looking for that beagle I posted around the same time had to have police escort - just to see if they had it which they said they never even picked up long story, lost that one

I am very tierd today, I don't understand your post. Was one of the dogs claimed?

If you have info about this place, I would suggest bring it forward to the Verdun paper, I am pretty sure they would be interested in hearing from you.

Sorry, I shouldn't of even posted that to worry you guys. GL just got to me today over something else. The Beagle apparently was never picked up by him so the lady never got her dog back. On the legal side, paperwork wasn't handled right so there was nothing we could do in the end. But for every dog that we do track - if there is suspicion a written complaint is made to the city - otherwise I could be charged with harrassment(I'm good at that ) (I also love that he hates me )

I sent off their pictures to people I know in the Verdun district just incase they hear of anyone loosing a dog.

I received this crosspost yesterday thanks for trying but this thread's outdated. I'll cancel it on my end, maybe you can do the same with your mailing list? No point calling GL about these two they never seem to remember anything. Last week was a virus

Chico. The people who work at the city where the dogs are brought in during the day if found wandering etc - is a waiting place until our city pound GL Canine can pick them up. The people working them are very caring. Unfortunately it's outside with the trucks in a parking lot. The city doesnt even allow food in their budget never mind a blanket. I've made a deal with a store near there where they can pick up free almost expired food so at least they can eat. One woman that works there in the day plays and walks them around on her breaks.
