Xl kong metal floor wanted

I have an XL Kong crate and twice my pup ripped apart the plastic flooring like a gig saw puzzle. I`ve written to Kong the manufacture and they informed me that Pet Smart are the distributors for this item, I need to contact them, well I have and they graciously replaced the floor twice but, the third time, they informed me I would have to pay for it, price of the crate. So..... I know in the past i had an XL crate that had a metal floor, but unfortunately, i threw it out due to grieving. Now I am looking for another metal floor size 29 x 47 an a half inch rolled edges around it ( so that the dog cant cut himself ) . - Reasonable price will be paid, including shipping in the Windsor Ontario region.

Thank you

I do not have a floor for you but I did have a thought . If you have a metal shop in your area you can go and see if they will have a peice of metal or something similar that can fit the floor of your crate. Good luck.

If the crate itself is 48" x 30" you should be able to order a metal pan from several sources. But, if your pup is ripping up a plastic pan I bet he will continue to try with a metal pan and the sound of toenails scratching on metal will drive you nuts.

What about cow stall matting? It's thick, durable, will scratch but not right through for a long time, and his scratching on it will be quieter. A TSC or Co-op might be able to help you. You need to have it cut very, very snug so pup can't get a corner up.

Thank you, there is a TSC store near by. I have
A wooden plank and he's chewing on it, I don't
Need to have splinters in his mouth. I have called
A few tool and die shops for I guess you say
Sheet metal but they don't provide that service.
Hopefully he's going to grow out of this stage soon.
Thank you for your help !
