I'm confused
HI,

My name is Shelby... I am trying to find someone that can talk to me about my dog. I think that she might be sick.

If you think your dog is sick, then most likely she is. Internet advice is not what you should be seeking. Please take her to the vet's. Please report back once your dog has seen a vet. Thank you.
