WMD or ID??

I think the phrase "Inherently dangerous" is coming almost as popular as Bushy's infamous phrase "Weapons of Mass Distruction"!!

Wouldn't you agree??

I think everytime he has "inherently dangerous" or "ticking time bomb" he should get a punch to the head.
