Introducing a puppy to a house full of cats.

We have three cats but would like to get a puppy for our daughter. What breed of dog gets along best with cats?

I don't think there is a specific breed that gets along with cats.My brother and his wife have two cats and two dogs. The dogs couldn't be more different, one is a toy pomeranian and the other one is a wolf malimute cross and they both get along great with the cats. I think it's more about how young the puppy is when it meets the cats. These dogs have both been around cats since they left their mothers. I would be more concerned about the cats accepting the puppy.
