FOUND!: A DLH orange/caramel colored cat in St. Lambert, QC
On October 19th, 2008 my husband and I found a DLH caramel orange cat crying under our balcony. When it came back again the following night, we decided to take it in for a few days, to either locate the owners or locate it a new home. The cat is female, DLH, very sweet-tempered, calm, and affectionate. She had no collar or tags on when we found her and seemed to be from around this area. Hopefully we will be able to find the owner(s) soon; if you are the owner, or know who the owner might be (remember, we found this cat in the St. Lambert area, the South Shore (Monteregie) Quebec), please feel free to send me an e-mail at annabelle_sammy@hotmail.com. Also, and unfortunately, as I cannot keep it, if I cannot locate the owner(s), I will be looking to give the cat away, as my DSH male tabby already aggravates my husband's allergies and we are unable to keep this cat. If you are interested in giving her a good home, feel free to contact me as well at the above mentionned e-mail.
Thanks for the time! And good luck to everyone looking for lost pets, my heart goes out to you. |

Just an update ... our story has a happy ending ! By putting up tons of fliers, we were able to track down the owner who didn't live that far away from us after only about a week ... she was extremely thankful and we were extremely happy to have helped !

Love happy endings. Thanks for being proactive in findings his owners. Oh yeah, odds are it was a male. Orange cats are usually male. It is rare to have a orange female cat. Just like calicos are usually females. Rare to have a male.
