Cooking a turkey tomorrow

I've got a turkey thawed to cook tomorrow.

Prior to putting it in the oven, what would be the easiest pieces to take off to give to the pets as a treat ? I'm pretty sure that the "giblets" (whatever they are) are in the turkey.

Maybe a wing for Pugsley ? Would that be too big ?
Giblets for the cat ?

Any ideas ?
