The meal form is the best as it has all the water removed from it so therefore you are getting more meat protein in the kibble.

I have never heard anything bad about chicken fat.

Good for you....by all means go for it. It is a good kibble and you can just use it to mix in with what you're feeding now if you don't want to switch. When they first came out with the original grain-free I got a free large bag of that from them. I decided that I liked Orijen better so just mixed in the Go Natural with it to make the bag last longer.
