Foster HOme Needed

Oreo is a cute black and white cat that was abandoned in Brossard.
She was found last night in -30 weather starving and freezing to death. She ate three cans of catfood in record speed. Can anyone help cute Oreo by opening their homes by fostering or adopting her?

I am not sure, but I know the house where it turned up have other cats. She just can't bring her in. Would you be interested in fostering her?

I do not have a spare room for her, my newly adopted cat loves dogs and cats so it was an easy introduction. Do you know if she is healthy ?

I know the lady who found the cat was going to call her vet. She was going to tell them that the cat needs to be spayed. Which will give the cat a warm shelter for couple of days and by her time to find a foster home. I haven't heard from the lady yet, I should hear by her this afternoon. I will find out what's happening.

Keep me posted. Harley is crated during the day which will allow the cat free roam during the day. so she can learn to adjust to the dog

I just spoke to the lady, the cat slept in her cabine last night, she put pillow blankets in their for little Oero. So atleast she was dry and away from the cold. She left the door of the cabine opened a crack for the cat to come and go, when she checked on Oreo this morning, she wasn't there.

Rottilover, I pm'd you her phone number, so can speak to directly. I know she will be calling her vet today.

I saw Oreo renamed: Pistachio yesterday at the vet clinic. He was tested for FIV, it came back negative! He was sterilized and now he's going to his new family's farm on Tuesday. He will be spending his days living in a heated barn chasing mice.

Catsnatcher, before I could ask my vet about your cats, her assistant told me, they found another stray cat that has been a stray for awhile. They finally were able to trap it, now it's going to get sterilized and live on the farm with Pistachio. I didn't have a chance to tell them about your cats

When it's a better opportunity, I will mention it to them again to see what they say.
