Barking Boston

What is the best method to stop barking when it is necessary-
ei: in the yard at night- Thanks

I would not leave her in the yard at night. Boston terriers are very desirable, and she could be stolen.

She could also be injured or poisoned by irate neighbours. I would keep her in the house where she is safe.

She is barking because she's lonely and wants to be with her "pack." Also at night it's easier for dogs to hear and smell strange things.

You will most likley not be able to stop her from barking at night if she's out there by herself.
