I think that's the funniest dog picture I have ever seen! I can't believe she isn't eating the shower cap...that's what Gabby would do!

Chloe puts up with a lot, even this sad "Orphan Annie" outfit she had to wear during the recent cold snap. I know it deeply offended her sense of style.

yes, I got them at www.muttluks.com

Chloe loathes them, and her coat too. But she will be Orphan Annie no more - I just ordered her a chic new coat. The one she is wearing will be donated to greyhound rescue and will be much nicer on a greyhound.

Eeeek! Don't give her ideas! Lucky for us our pets have no thumbs, isn't it?

I seem to have a penchant for making my girl look foolish.

There's just something about a dog wearing any human apparel that cracks me up.
That might be a good subject for a new thread?

She sure is one sweet kid! Love the photo's she looks like Blaze ...Mommy enough already.
LR please tell me about the boots, did it take awhile for her to leave them on? I have some for Blaze aswell but he tries to take them off instead of walking. Maybe I should keep putting them on and hope he gets Ok with them on.

Chloe left them on the first time I put them on her. The only difference was that they made her prance like a circus pony!

Your dog tries to take them off while your walking him? I suggest you get yourself all dressed for outside before you put his boots on and the second they are on, out the door! Walk very rapidly or run him while praising him for being good. This way he won't have time to fuss with his boots and by the time you slow down, hopefully he will be more used to them.

Take treats with you. When you slow down and you see him even lowering his head to pull at the boots, give a little tug on the leash and say "AH AH!" when he looks up at you, give him a treat and tell him what a good boy he then move on quickly.
Hope that helps!

She is adorable! I feel like I'm missing out on the fashion parade by not living where it's so cold! I'd be the one warmly sitting in my car watching all the dogs walk by!

Den-Den would need ear-muffs!

Thanks I will try what you say. My problem is when i put one on and try to get the others on Blaze pulls the first one off his foot.
I think the runing and treat thing might work so I will do that and let you know. Jordie will not move one step, he will not walk at all so for him there might be no hope. I love the boots and believe they are great for dogs, anything to help their poor little feet in the winter I use pet safe salt all round my house and yard to help keep it safe. Blaze did fall on some ice and hurt his leg... he is still healing and taking 3 glucosamine daily aswell. Oyr Vet said it can take a long time to heal a pull... Hope he is better soon, again thanks for the advice for the doggie boots.

Oh, she is just too cute! I think it's hilarious when people dress up their dogs (although I'm sure the dogs don't think it's too funny)! She really is beautiful, Lucky.

So sweet that Chloe is!!! Briggs wants to give her a lick!

Briggs looks like I shot her best friend when I put those Muttluks on her! She walks around like there's tape on the bottom of her feet... until we get outside.... then she runs like crazy!

Chloe too! What the heck is that all about?? It's like she thinks if she runs fast enough, she can leave her dreaded coat and boots behind.

Dogs - gotta love 'em!
