Nasal Discharge

I have a 8 yrs Shiloh Shepherd, who back in October 2012 had nasal discharge and swollen lymph nodes and nose inside swollen. No other symptoms. She was treated with Clindamycin 300mg for 2 cycles and all cleared up.

Again it started up same thing nasal discharge (mucus green coloured), swollen lymph nodes and interior swollen again. She is eating and eating normally. Sleep pattern has not changed and no weight.

Starting tomorrow she will be going back on Clindamycin. Doctor wants to do a nose biopsy but I am not sure if this is necessary.

Anybody have anything similar?
