My cat is pregnant. I have questions...

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I hoping someone might be able to help me. I took 2 cats in recently. Chance is male, Oreo is female and they came from the same litter, and they are about a yr old or so. I fully planned on getting them fixed however, apparently I didn't do it quick enough. Last night they started fighting...hissing, chasing each other around etc...which is something new for them. Normally they get along. Anyway, I picked her up and quickly noticed her very swollen belly and that nipples are getting bigger. She's obviously pregnant. Now, I hope you don't think I'm crazy when I ask this. Is the fact that Chance and Oreo are siblings going to affect her babies? Also, I'm very concerned that she may be too young and too small to give birth safely.
I read online that cats are usually pregnant for 63 days or so and that they don't show until around 5 wks. I I took care of 6 JRT puppies after their mother was hit by a car 2 days after their births. It was difficult but I managed.
Can someone tell me what to expect?
Thanks, Ronda

Take her in and get her spayed and then you won't have to worry about anything else. It will be much cheaper than feeding a bunch of little kittens and mom for the next 8-12 weeks.
