Pitter, I am so happy that you got good news about Slinky. You both have been in my thoughts. I was able to get check your post by my phone, but not reply since we were traveling and visiting family.

We never knew what caused Tipper's problem either. Getting Slinky healed and back on her paws is what is important at this point. I am so happy for you. I honestly understand how you feel.

Thank you everyone!
I've been keeping a close eye on her & sleeping downstairs with her (I dont want her to go up & down the stairs).

She is feeling better everyday!

I have noticed her gums seem a little pale when we go out for pees & walk around the yard compared to when I peek at them while she is napping. I'm not too concerned as she did have her spleen removed & might take some time to overcome things like building up her RBC's.

Her appetite is great. She's emptying fine, peeing fine.

She does move around slowly but I guess I have to remember that she is 13, I cannot kid myself.... she isnt a young pup anymore.

THANK YOU AGAIN everyone sooo much! I will keep everyone posted.
