7.5 yo cat, heart murmur, not eating/drinking

Hello!
We have a 7.5 year old cat who is not eating or drinking on her own. We thought she had a sore mouth so we took her to the vet today. The vet said her mouth is fine, but diagnosed her with a heart murmur. She may not be eating or drinking because her heart issues are making her feel ill. She had blood work in December that came back normal. The vet recommended taking her home and force feeding/watering for a few more days. If she is still not eating or drinking on her own in a few days, I was just wondering what our options may be?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
