FINALLY found food my doggie LOVES!!

I have posted about my picky eater before! Thanks to the lovely people on this forum..i was quickly educated on the importance of a good, natural diet. So I had him on chicken soup for the dog lover's soul...blah...had to mix wet to get him to eat it..left it out long enough eventually he did.
Then I switched him to solid gold wolf king. He HATED it..since the pellets are bigger, he would actually eat AROUND them! ugh...so as the bag finished I started looking again...found a great company. They are local, here in Illinois but you can order from their website. They make yummy, gourmet food..their wet is as good as merricks..and believe me i've been trying everything since my guy is SOOO picky! Here's the ingredients of the bag of dry I bought him last week. He's been gobbling it up, even dry by itself!

Fresh Pheasant, Duck Meal, Brown Rice, Chicken Meal, White Rice, Pearled Barley, Oatmeal, Chicken Fat (preserved with mixed tocopherols), Turkey Liver, Dried Tomato Pomace, Millet, Sweet Potato, Dried Whole Egg, Potato, Flaxseed, Lecithin, Potassium Chloride, Salt, Folic Acid, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Longum, Enterococous Faecium, Vitamin A, D3,E, B12 Supplements, Choline Chloride, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Riboflavin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Menadione Sodium Bisulfate(Source of Vitamin K Activity), Biotin, Zinc Sulfate, Ferroius Sulfate, Manganous Sulfate, Copper Sulfate, Cobalt Carbonate, Calcium Iodate, Sorbic Acid, Iron Proteinate, Zinc Proteinate, Copper Proteinate, Maganese Proteinate, Sodium Selenite.

I hope this is good enough for him! Do the ingredients look OK?

It's kind of funny that I was just wondering the other day why I don't really see liver in dog food ingredients but it's always in my kitties' food.

Isn't the menadione something we're supposed to stay away from though?
